I definitely can not say enough how thankful my family is for Shores� Our sweet girl pup had an extreme emergency, surgery was needed where hours were crucial. All of the staff has taken great care of our girl and us. We called several times through out her 2 day stay to check up on her. Never once did anyone at Shores make us feel like we were a bother. We even got to talk to Dr. Zippay throughout her stay as well. Thank you Shores your the best !!

Very nice caregivers... Took longer than expected but don’t know what was going on behind the scenes. Cost was probably less than our Vet would have charged / very reasonable for a Doggie ER. Thank you Shores for taking care of our Lillyboo.
This was not only my first time with Shores, but also with any emergency vet. They were PHENOMENAL!! They took their time, answered tons of questions, and treated my pup as their own. I can't say enough great things about this practice. God forbid you ever need emergency vet services, but if you do, Shores in Union Deposit is definitely the place to go!
our 13 week old kitten was on her death bed and her kidneys were failing. with In 36 hours she was back to her normal kitten self!! They are AMAZING and a BLESSING!!
They are truly wonderful!!! Even though my emergency wasn't life or death for my baby (HoneyGirl), they were wonderful and I am very thankful for them. It's great that they even called to check on her to make sure she was doing good. You guys are truly the best and I can't say enough THANK YOU!!!
We just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Benner and her staff. Thank you for everything you did to keep our dear sweet boy, Cosmo, alive long enough for us to be with him and for me to hold him until he passed away. He was our world for 12 years. To make a long story short, after having a very sick stray kitten placed into our care I knew the very first thing that needed to be done was to have him seen by a vet immediately. I am so thankful that the first 5 vets I called turned us away because the care at Shores is top notch. Our vet tech and Dr. Zippay were so caring and knew exactly what to do with our new baby.
