During my time in the waiting room the front staff failed to greet the 2 other patients that walked in. The assistant gave poor explanations of what procedure he was doing. The only professional who you could tell enjoys his job was the doctor. If I were the practice manager of this office I would be embarrassed.
Our optician in Beaver Dam, Melay, was awesome 😎 She was very helpful and knowledgeable!
Staff is just ok! Most of them aren’t very friendly and personable. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted and I had to consistently ask questions because no one gave me any direction of what to do or where to go. The doctor himself was absolutely amazing! I would give him 5+ stars. He is patient, kind, smart, and extremely personable. I felt so comfortable in his presence. He was also very good with my son. I will be back!
Betsy was very patient and helpful. Clearly explained my options and allowed time to consider my options. Highly recommend.
