This is a great place to live with charming characteristics to each unit, such as restored original brick walls and well maintained units. Most of all, the Shoefactory manager, (Jennifer G.) has been responsive, easy to communicate with and friendly. Help is available and I have never had a problem getting a maintenance request done for any need. Michael and Nikita are surely on top of things!
It has been two years, since my first review . The only thing I wish Management would change is dealing with a tenant who harass’s another tenant by making False Claims. I have such a neighbor. Several times, we have been reported for: Smoking Pot in our unit. It’s always been checked out and dismissed as a Proven False Claims. We dealt with the Police coming to our apt. We moved here from St. Thomas, USA Virgin Islands in June 2023, I am handicapped and use a Mobility Electric Chair. We got apartment 409. The Elevator was having issue’s not working . JENNIFER, Manager moved us from Apt. 409- Down too Apt. 101 . There were no extra charges for us moving. Every Maintenance Request has been answered in a timely fashion. For my husband and I, the Shoe Factory Apartments is HOME!
