Not good. Sooo many issues. Leaking pipes. Leaking roof. Smells like pot.
Laundry Room is a nightmare. Not once in the three years we have Lived here, have ALL Three Washer worked at the same time. First Washer as you walk into the room, NEVER DRAINS. There is a large amount of water left at the end , sits in the bottom of the washer. To Dry your clothes from that Washer will cost: $10.00 if not more. Second Washer jumps all over the place. Smooth and easy in everyway, working with staff who are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
This is a great place to live with charming characteristics to each unit, such as restored original brick walls and well maintained units. Most of all, the Shoefactory manager, (Jennifer G.) has been responsive, easy to communicate with and friendly. Help is available and I have never had a problem getting a maintenance request done for any need. Michael and Nikita are surely on top of things!
