We moved here from St. Thomas, USA Virgin Islands in June 2023, I am handicapped and use a Mobility Electric Chair. We got apartment 409. The Elevator was having issue’s not working . JENNIFER, Manager moved us from Apt. 409- Down too Apt. 101 . There were no extra charges for us moving. Every Maintenance Request has been answered in a timely fashion. For my husband and I, the Shoe Factory Apartments is HOME!

I stayed at the shoe factory apartments for about 3 years (2018-2021). While the building and units did have some minor wear and tear, the new landlord (2018+) took maintenance and upkeep very seriously, during my stay there, going so far as to replace the central cooling unit, roof, any property damage, and attending to all maintenance requests in a very timely fashion. Not sound proof at all. You can hear people pee for goodness sakes! Absolutely gross everything you can hear and it sounds like they are in the same room as you! Do you like being woken up by people talking? It gets old real fast. But hey, if you’re into that kinda thing, I guess go for it? Hopefully they changed quiet time hours. It was 10pm-9am.
