Do you find it odd that the engine light was not on until you leave the dealership with $2700 worth of work quoted? Mind you additional items that were recommended were done last year. I will drive out of town to have our car worked on never to have to deal with this place again.
Service Department- I recently bought a car at Carmax and wanted a second opinion about our vehicle’s tires and to also have a safety check done. Not only was the service department nice, but they also did not push any services, or other items that would give them more of a sell. I hate dealerships because of their push, push, push mentality.
