We have dealt with Shockley Honda for 10 years. Bought a new 2010 Honda Accord and had all the recommended maintenance done by Shockley Honda. We drove it until we bought a new 2019 CR-V Touring in November 2019. Sales department is great. Mike Shockley handled the sale of the Accord in 2010. It was a very pleasant experience. My mom just moved down from PA she was having car trouble and didnt know where to turn. I reccomended Maurice Summers because I had used him in the past and was very pleased with the quality of his service. Maurice went above and beyond with my mom and calmed her fears. He even went out to her home to give her a jump start. This should definitely be a 5 star +++ review
My family and I have been Shockley customers for the past 31 years. Joe Sheedy has been our service advisor since we purchased our first Honda and has been a huge reason why we have continued to be loyal customers. Joe and the rest of the Shockley team have helped our cars run like new, despite us averaging 200,000 miles on each vehicle over 10 years each. We could not have afforded car expenses that come with less effective service providers. Thanks to Shockley, we are a Honda family for life!
We have two vehicles from Shockley, and our daughter has one as well. We all use the same service writer, Terri. She is always bright, cheery, knowledgeable, and above all very helpful. However, the thing I appreciate the most is that she will always get back to you when she says she will. Customer service at its best!
