great staff and very helpful
RecommendedDriving to Frederick this morning for an 8:30 training and my low tire pressure signal came on I felt strongly pressure was not low so I drive straight to Shockley. Pulled into service lane at 8:10 made it to training before it started. The young lady who helped me out was courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks so much
Service Department is outstanding, clean, timely, kind & respectful service, great work station and waiting area, didn’t gauge, honest but unfortunately I will not go back. I have a personal rule : I don’t support businesses that tune into Fox News.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. Charlie Beaty listed to me and what I was looking for. He made the entire experience great. When I decided to upgrade to the CR-v touring edition, he found the cars in stock. Everyone I dealt with was courteous. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Shockly Honda.
