Took my dog in there on Sunday after he ingested grapes, which are toxic to dogs. They sent me home and said the wait was 3 hours. I went in at 9:30 am and he was finally seen at 4:45 pm. They did some blood work to see how his kidneys were functioning and told us to have another test done today. When we tried to get those results for his regular vet, they had LOST them. Dr's and tech's where great. office staff great as well. This is a very busy place, if you can wait. some.of the best Vets in region.
Doctors are great but the customer service is horrible. Will NOT return.
I will never put convenience above treating my animals again, nor with I ever trust any other vet with my fur babies, unless it's the doctors at Shively Animal Clinic. After 2 weeks of misdiagnosed issues from another place, I took him to Shively and in 5 minutes they give me the correct diagnosis. It's worth the wait. BTW...if you have ever been there and had trouble paying since they only allowed check or cash, they now take credit cards!!
