I have 5 cats, 2 rats, 1 dog, and 1 snake. I bring all of my babies there. I love them. Yes the wait is a pain but well worth the wait. Prices are reasonable. I have never had a bad experience there.
Tonight, my cat was very lethargic and just not himself. Our normal veterinarian was closed for the night, so I called Shively to get him seen. They advised us of the after hours fees, knowing we were not clients. When we get to the office, the lady at the front desk kept looking at the clock as if we were wasting her time, then ultimately turned us away and recommended we go to Jefferson Animal Hospital.
