Slow awful service. Misdiagnosis and rude nasty staff. And very busy with no respect to wait if pets or visitors with them. Charge extra to use credit cards.

it's better to go there first thing in the morning sign in and then going back home and wait to be seen. What more could you ask for but waiting in your own home🙂. Always a long wait to get in but well worth it. great doctors and great prices
You may have to wait a little bit or a while but it is well worth it. They are an awesome team. From the Vets on down to the Techs & receptionists❤️ Let's not forget the low cost. They are very affordable 🤗

Staff is Very Professional.. Dr Mary Jane Saved My kiddo Life ❣️ Shively Animal Clinic/Hospital is the Best of the Best ❣️. Only Bad Part is the Wait to Be Seen since they don't have Appointments, it's a Walk-in Establishment. Highly Recommend
Dr Mary Jane, Dr Marsha, Dr Scott and all of their colleagues are phenomenal! I'd trust them with my human kids if I could! Your furbabies are in the best possible hands. They're a whole family of vets and their prices are even amazing. I've used them for 13+ years and never been disappointed. ♡ I now drive an hour to get there and it's worth every cent of gas. :-)
A dear friend’s pet was being operated on. Their communication on were was horrible. They closed for the night with no word for my friend. Then when she went to pick her up in the morning, they demanded $1000 or she could not get her girl back. THAT is KIDNAPPING. COVID greed? New owners?
