They call our animals babies, which they are. I love that you can choose your own vet, and get a call back so there's no ridiculous long waiting in the office if you'd rather not go that route. I've been taking both my cats [Age 7] here for years. One has a skin allergy and the shots they give do wonders! The other, they helped dissolve a bladder stone. <3 <3 <3 Wouldn't take my babies elsewhere.

they will lie to you on the phone! don't believe what they say! my dog died suddenly in a freak accident. I was told to bring her in and I wont have to pay anything that day only 135 when I come to get her ashes. I brought my baby girls body to them and they denied me. They made dealing with my girls death way more painful, it had been 2 hours since I found her and they did this to me. I asked them what am I supposed to do with my dogs body? Multiple reasons I hope to never have to go to this clinic again. I wish I never had. Very unfortunate experience. I know there is alot of good they do and some staff seemed genuinely caring, but my experience turned out very sad and disappointing.
they would not help a suffering pet in need simply bc owner did not have a credit card on hand
I’ve never taken my animals to any other place. They remember things about my dogs that I don’t even remember. The whole family is a very loving family who is ulterior motive is nothing but the welfare of your pets.
