Brought my very sick puppy in on Sunday and they gave me pills for her and gave her dewormer for hook worms which she tested positive for. Puppy was vomiting and diarrhea. I asked why they weren’t doing a test for Parvo and they said it wasn’t necessary. Puppy continued to be sick. Took her to a different vet today who WOULD test for Parvo... came back positive and had to have her put down. It was too late to save her. Had I know this 2 days ago, it might not have been too late!!! Terrible!!!

I took my dog, Jerry, to SACH after being diagnosed with parvo. Several clinics would not take him, but SACH immediately admitted him. They were extremely helpful and kept me informed on his progress through his entire stay. I was very impressed with the attention they were able to give him, despite the high number of other patients. Jerry was released and is doing great. I don’t know that he would still been alive without SACH.

Thank you to Shively Animal Clinic for being amazing as always. They are very caring and patient with all of their clients. They agreed to see us still and a bunch of other walk ins after us. Even though they were slammed and closing at 430. It was hours later because they didn’t turn anyone away, but we got Brady (My sons sugar glider ) all taken care of. Thank you for making sure everyone’s furry friends were taken care of even on a Sunday.
This place is a joke!!!! The wait times are ridiculous they don’t accept any form of debit or credit. No idea of what your fee is gonna be!!! The front desk staff has no clue about anything. I would never recommend or be returning!!! I’ll go elsewhere from now on. This place sucks!!!!
I was very pleased with how they took care of my beagle Sadie. And their prices cannot be beat. Sadie was seen as an emergency, had multiple X-rays , stayed over night for observation after being sedated, and was released with four different medicines, all for a little over $200. Amazing!!
