boy things sure have changed at the Shively Animal Clinic I've been coming here 30 years driving from Fern Creek to Dixie Highway they have put two of my dog's down I've never had a problem for the day when I showed up with a new puppy. A special shout out to Dr. Joe and all the staff at Shivley. They have been caring for our pets for almost 15 yrs. Our senior doxie suffered back issues and was just released tonight. Top notch care. Thank you!
They are never close to the wait time they tell you, if they say an hour (plan to be there for 4). They told me to have my baby fixed and chipped it would be $200 and an additional $48 for lab work so that’s around $250 right? WRONG! At the end of the day they call to tell me everything went great and my bill will be $374!! That’s a $130 difference?! I explained that I was given huge price difference and they couldn’t tell me why. We won’t be back!!!
