RecommendedThe experience and knowledge of this group is excellent. Joyce, MaryJane, David and Joe are by far my favorite but I'm sure the other vets are good as well. The only thing that could make this place better is appointments and credit card acceptance. I would not go any place else. They are worth my drive!
Sophie battle with cancer has the very Best of care. Every treatment & doctor visit are so emotional but they have so much compassion & empathy in her care makes me Blessed to have them caring for my Sophie
Their website is deceptive. It says 24 hour emergency service. SURE But If you scroll down is says for current patients. Our collie fell ill and being in a panic. We rushed down without calling. Frantic about our pet. They refused us service. Thankfully we went to BLUE PEARL. THEY SAVED HER LIFE. NO THANKS TO SHIEISTER ANIMAL HOSPITAL.
They really care about your pets. The staff is kind and patient.

Drove from Bowling Green to have my dobermans ears done through Shively. Highly recommend - very excellent and professional work - see attached pictures for reference.
The vets are the best ever!! They always show compassion and give excellent care!!
I would recommend this place if your pet is in need! My baby (Siberian Husky) got out of our back yard and got hit by a car and fractured his hip. We took him here at 6pm when they close at 7pm and they had us back in 15 min and they took him for the night to do xrays and treat him. Doctor Sarah did a great job. Thank you Shively Animal Clinic!
