Used to be our favorite place in the area. NOT ANY MORE� reservations at 7:30...told it would be 45 minutes or an hour...9:20 no food! Lots of excuses and still told it would be 15 more minutes or so. Left at that point. NEVER AGAiN!!!!!

We came down to Orange Beach for the week and decided we wanted to eat somewhere we had never been to every night. We went to your restaurant last night and decided to go to Big Fish tonight for our anniversary dinner. Big mistake! We wish we would've done it the other way around. We LOVED our experience at your restaurant and our server Emily was one of the main reasons. First thing was cock roach crawled across our table and then my husband had something floating in his drink. Asked to see manager took him about 15 minutes to come to table. I had been there before this was his first time don't think we will be going back.
They are the worst type of people you could imagine. They cuss at employees, there are German roaches everywhere. There is a dead animal under the inside stairs that has been there for a month. Plus Matt got caught in the bathroom with a ex employee.
Walked up with a group of 6 and were seated quickly, from the rolls, beginners- spicy tempura shrimp to steaks/ and blackened Mahi-mahi and swordfish. Amazing food, these Arkansans are impressed and miserably full... Also thank you for the great service shown to my 3 year old daughter, who had her food early.
