We just met Dr. Shippee for the first time today. My daughter had a little bit of an emergency, and not even being existing patients of his, he didn’t hesitate to agree to meet us on a Saturday to check her out. He didn’t make me feel like a pain, or silly, and he was absolutely wonderful with her. She must’ve commented a handful of times throughout the day as to how much she liked him, and asked if he would be our doctor from now on — which is an enthusiastic and resounding yes. Dr Shippee is an amazing doctor, as a bonus he's great with kids ! My 4 yr old actually loves going for his eye appointments ! Office staff is all very nice as well .
I called for an emergency visit for my dad and had never been seen there before. They got us right in. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Was very impressed with the Dr as well. Definetly our new doctor even though we have to travel it’s worth it!
I am very happy with my experience and the staff is friendly.
