The process was very efficient. The crews were on time and they left no mess. We love Shine Solar.
Easy process to start! They check your credit, and get your loan taken care of. Then once they are ready to install, they’ll send a great crew to get it all set up. Was super easy and they maintained contact throughout the whole process. Once it was ready to turn on, had someone do a zoom call to go over their app to see how your consumption and production is doing. Would highly recommend.
Cole was so cool & caring. The whole experience was awesome from start to finish. The young installers were very efficient & professional. Very courteous & respectful. There was a glitch in scheduling but it all worked out.
I won my solar panels through a contest from Shine Solar in conjunction with KFSM Channel 5. Shine Solar was very friendly and considerate, explaining all my options. I would recommend Shine Solar. The whole solar experience was great. Aaron, Tony and his crew, John, and Nikki all did a fantastic job. Very professional and patient with questions that I had.
Honestly, this company is such a scam. The solar panels they added don't even cover half of our electric use (which isn't that much by the way), but they argue with us about it every time we point this out. They also installed an HVAC unit for us through their Shine Air company as part of our contract, it has been less than a year and the system is running out of coolant! I would not go with this company, there are many others in the area that are more reasonable.
Hi, I just recently installed solar panels with Shine Solar. When I spoke with a consultant they promised I wouldn't go without electricity, that my monthly bill would also be 30.00 dollars a month. Everything I was told was an absolute lie!!! I received my electric bill and it was quadruple the amount they quoted. Plus they lied on my loan amount saying it would be 240.00, it's almost 300 dollars. We had a power outage a couple of days ago and all my power shut down! We had no electricity...
