Scam artist. Sam and Faith are liars. My panels are not what we agreed upon. They promised me that if I went with 44 panels and the battery that I would not have an electric bill. That was a lie. They said that I would get $30,000 back in taxes. That was a lie. Absolutely a joke. Bad service. Lied to us. Didn’t save any money as promised. Ended up costing us double. Service sucks. Have had nothing but problems after problems. Won’t fix issues. Won’t return phone calls. Won’t address issues. Spent $50,000 on panels and heat and air units throughout the house because they didn’t want to replace the central heating unit. I bought the panels April 3rd 2024 and the Solar panels are not working. I called the company several times and they never returned my calls. The report I received on January 9th shows that I am using 89% of Jackson City utilities. I get emails to refer someone to their company and I'll receive $300 for each referral. How can I do this when my own panels aren't working. If my panels are defective, then I expect them to be replaced with new ones that do work. Sharon *****

I think Solor panels are a rip off my panels don’t make enough electricity and they went up on monthly bill from 303.00 to 434.23 I am on fixed income and I can’t afford them anymore I am going to have to let them go I can’t afford to buy food for my family
