Shine solar was here on 9/3 &9/4 For a install all they needed to finish was one more day,but they said they had to do another install so they left and now I still don't have solar. I have called and the answer I get were working on it. If I had known that's how they operate I would never have signed them. I was very excited but know I wish I could go some where else.

Original installation went smoothly panels have been on for a few months now but our electric bills have not went down like they said they would basically we are paying double electric bills right now and have been trying to reach them to resolve this and can not reach anyone or get a call back

The installation was done professionally throughout both of our installments. Our salesman answered all our questions concerning both installments. Shine solar did a good job for me. The installation team did an awesome job. The panels produce pretty much what was promised. Unfortunately, Entergy of Arkansas did hit me with a $200 administrative net metering fee on this months bill. I’m anxious to see what my next months bill will be? I don’t believe having solar will reduce my bill that much. Unfortunately, Entergy charges an arm and a leg for energy rates to get power to your house.
