I don't know how they're treating other people but they've treated me terrible shine solar treating me like I was a fool and took advantage of me they charged me $46,000 for 18 panels I asked for a battery pack and at the time they did not have that and I didn't know my options I didn't know what I was doing so I just trusted them and I didn't think about the cost-effective for cost analysis and they didn't go through it with me. Shine solar was here on 9/3 &9/4 For a install all they needed to finish was one more day,but they said they had to do another install so they left and now I still don't have solar. I have called and the answer I get were working on it. If I had known that's how they operate I would never have signed them. I was very excited but know I wish I could go some where else.

Original installation went smoothly panels have been on for a few months now but our electric bills have not went down like they said they would basically we are paying double electric bills right now and have been trying to reach them to resolve this and can not reach anyone or get a call back
