I think Solor panels are a rip off my panels don’t make enough electricity and they went up on monthly bill from 303.00 to 434.23 I am on fixed income and I can’t afford them anymore I am going to have to let them go I can’t afford to buy food for my family

Overall our experience was 5-star! Aaron and Mabel were superb. We did have an early issue when promises were made by the salesman (Morgan) that he didn’t come close to fulfilling. Thank goodness Aaron picked up the project! We already are producing electricity to cover our needs and more. To be transparent there is no way at our age (75 & 69) that we will recoup the cost. This will be our contribution to doing what we can for the environment.
I gladly give Shine Solar Five Stars. I am completely happy with my Solar. I have not had any power surges since going online with Shine, which were a plentiful in the past. What I am most pleased about was the high quality Customer Service I received during the entire process. I don't know how they're treating other people but they've treated me terrible shine solar treating me like I was a fool and took advantage of me they charged me $46,000 for 18 panels I asked for a battery pack and at the time they did not have that and I didn't know my options I didn't know what I was doing so I just trusted them and I didn't think about the cost-effective for cost analysis and they didn't go through it with me.
