Appointment I had an appointment yesterday for a 6 month check up and a cleaning. The hygienist was very much in a hurry. When she could not clean my teeth in the typical manner, it was obvious that she does not have the skill set to perform the task. She stated that doing it the old school way would require my being in the chair longer. I started to ask her if she was prior military due to her roughness but I simply asked her where she went to school. Excellent Care! Dr. Klopenstine and his staff are extremely professional, attentive, and accommodating. All of our children are well cared for with routine cleanings, tooth extractions, and filling cavities. We have been a patient of Shiland since they first opened. Historically most people do not like going to the Dentist...well my expierence at Millwood has taken the apprehension completely out of the equation....It is a friendly enviornment, procedures & options are always explained, with an eye towards your comfort level while undergoing a procedure. I found Dr. McLaughlin when I first moved to Rock Hill. She was in the old office on Ebenezer. I liked her then. Now that I have been a patient for over 10 years, I can actually say I look forward to my bi-annual visits. I know I am in good hands. It always feel like a visit with family. Catching up on each others lives and kids. They are able to get me in and out on my lunch breaks. Love me some Millwood Dentistry.
