We love Millwood for their professionalism and their friendliness of staff. I took my three kids (5, 3 and 3) and myself to have cleanings and x-rays and they amazing took care of all of us within 40 minutes and my kids had a fun time with sunglasses, chocolate chip flavored toothpaste and anti-cavity club bags. The kids even received some "treasures" on their way out. We enjoy going and are very happy with the results.
As one who has had a fear of Dentists since childhood, I never would have thought I'd be saying that dental visits are a blessing. I have found such a place and sent them three new patients and recommended them every chance I get. These are good folks who are great at what they do, honest in their business practices, and create a happy atmosphere. It's obvious that they love each other and enjoy their work. I always leave there with a smile on my face and in my heart!

My family and I have been patients of Millwood Family Dentistry for several years. There is no other practice we would go to. Experience, Cleanliness, Flexibility are all qualities the practice has, but they hands down they friendlist staff in Rock Hill. They always remember me and my family, whether we are in the office or over the phone. You always feel welcome and feel important, never rushed or hurried so they can move on to the next patient. I refer everyone to them.
I would strongly recommend this practice to all my friends.
Our family has been going to this office for years and have never before felt more comfortable in a dentist office. I have always had to have an extensive amount of dental work and their team makes me feel comfortable and not afraid to go. Dr. McLaughlin is very thorough with follow up visits.
Treatments are thorough. A well equipped practice in new office space. Doctors and assistants are competent and very friendly.
Very Professional, Experienced Our entire family sees Dr. Klopenstine, kids included. Of all our family members, I am the hardest to please when it comes to dental practices. Request for Information Never Answered I requested (from Klopenstine's website) information on 04/03/12. To date (04/16), I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement of my request. Certainly does not make me want to schedule any dental work through his practice. The other dentist (Dickey) answered my request within 2 days. I'll be going there.
