Horrible place to live, they charge you for random things, get mad at you when you point out that they gave you the wrong apartment. Never get back to you in a timely manner. Charge you for new carpet cause your dog scratches at it even though the carpet had stains and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Honesly a horrible place to live.
This is my first apartment, and so far it has been great, wonderful people helping me and my roommate every step of the way. A plus is the pool, it's very well maintained and Clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for a first place.
Terrible place to live in and the management changed every 2 to 3 months - so you could not count on what was next.

For anybody looking for an Apartment, never and I mean NEVER, go to Sherwood forest Apartments, bc if you ever decide to move out they will bend you over and screw you relentlessly. If you do nothing to them they will find a way to charge you more money than a yacht. I repeat NEVER go to Sherwood. That place is a complete joke! If I could rate lower, I fucken would. Thy hire pole that talk out of their loose add.
Very pleased with our stay. Lived on the second floor and our apartment stayed so warm during the winter, and didn't cost a fortune. Staff was good to us :)
WELL I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER CAUSE MY NEIGHBORS ARE COMPLAINING THAT THEIR IS FOUL ORDER COMING FROM MY APARTMENT. BUT ATLEAST I AM NOT LAZY OF NOT TAKING MY DOG OUT TO DO HIS BUSINESS. BUT OF COURSE THEIR IS ALWAYS A FOUL ORDER COMING FROM THEIR APARTMENT CAUSE I CAN SMELL IT WHENEVER I TAKE MY DOG OUT OR CHECK THE MAIL. How hard can it be to get the driveway plowed? I am going to dock Sherwood in my rent 12 dollars for every hour of work I miss due to the inompetence. So far, they are at $24.00.
