It's ok but when visiting family & going to the pool with them, then having the maintenance man question everyone about where they lived & told not to make noise was really ridiculous.
Was told i am not allowed to have chairs or my sons toys outside of my window because we do not jace a walk out patio was given 24hours to remove it or else they would send us a eviction notice went to talk to the property manager and was cursed at infront of my one year old son she had called my girlfriend when she was at work and was rude and disrespectful to her also
Been here 5 years. Absolutely worst place I have ever lived. Maintenance is disrespectful and doesn't fix stuff when they say they will. 95 degrees out, think I had an AC? Nah. Locked the dog up and called about it. They wouldn't come in saying my dog was out. Come home to find my dog in the kennel. Just being lazy and not wanting to do their job. A month ago they took $100 more than they should've from a personal check. Called to get reimbursed and they said we would have to contact corporate office which the front office h... read more
Lived here for only 2 months and its nice and quite it's a great place to live the management is nice and helping they have 24 hour maintenance that comes in handy they do allow pets and all of the neighbors are kind over all it's a really nice place to live I would recommend it
I have lived here since August 2014. Apt. complex clean quiet and safe (they have security company patrolling nights). Staff are so nice and very helpful. If I put in a maintenance request it's done by end of next day. I just really enjoy all the amenities pool, tanning bed etc they offer free when renting. I plan on living here indefinitely. Also they are very animal friendly. Thanks to all of you that make Sherwood such a pleasant place......Julie
The management staff is amazing!!! And the maintenance staff always are available when needed!!!
