Loved the calmness but remember this is a learning studio and most people who end up being really good leave. Initially I loved the place when the more experienced people were there but once they left my good experiences ere gone. Last time I was here the girl managed to get lash tint solution in BOTH of my eyes and I had the strength to not just get up and leave and stayed calmly there. I really wanted to continue being a customer here but after my last experience. Never again. I've came here many times for ombre eyebrow shading, eyelashe lift and just the basic eyebrow waxing. This last time I came and the business was closed 10 minutes to 6pm. I had appointment for 6pm.... I waited till 6:15pm. I got hybrid lashes done here, I had to go back the next day because they had all fallen off completely from one eye. 2 days and $135 later, I was left with 3 lashes on each side. I’ve never gotten lashes done that fall off so quick and honestly didn’t even look like hybrid lashes.
