Extremely poor communication. I called multiple times regarding a refill and never received a response. I felt abandoned as a patient and had to switch providers. If you need timely medication management, I’d look elsewhere.
Needs her license taken away. She abandons clients left and right, no phone calls, emails- NOTHING. The most recent refill I needed I had called about numerous times with no answer. If you’re looking for a psychiatrist in Erie; don’t waste your time with this one. Move along to the next. They’ll care more about you than she would.
My son is a patient of Dr. Heron. Or was. I have not been able to get a hold of her by phone, it goes directly to a voicemail box that is full. I have emailed her and not received a response back. She has left my son without his medication.
Abandoned many clients, no phone calls or notices. People are left with no meds, office furniture is being abruptly sold. Can't contact her at all. Unprofessional.
Stay away! Idk where she went. Its been weeks since I asked for my refills and no answer. I called, emailed and no response. I finally went there and the place looks abandoned. My pharmacist called, my pcp called and nothing. I was down to 3 pills and had to practically BEG my pcp to give me a refill after I explained the situation. She never showed up for my appointment Monday November 20th. This is dangerous. You cant just stop a medication. Now im frantically searching for a new psychiatrist which is hard to find!!
