Booked an 8 day vacation to start March 24 to April 1, 2020 since last year to be used by my niece and her family. Have to cancel it today due to the COVID19 pandemic. My niece and her family cannot come due to travel lockdown. I was told that the points I used will be restricted meaning I can only book a travel 60 days prior to arrival and the guest fee I paid is non refundable. Tive inúmeros problemas ao adquirir o Explorer Package. Já tentei resolver conversando e ninguém me ajudou. Não recomendo o hotel pelo péssimo atendimento!
Beautiful clean resort! Everyone was so nice! The market place grocery and gift shop was amazing and prices were great! Had breakfast at zimmies , buffet for 12.95 with fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee was delish! Would go back again. Tons of activities for children and adults! Six dollar uber rides to universal and epcot . Everything is just a few miles away!
