We go to Vistana every year and this year was obviously very different. Despite there only being two pools open, we had a good time and were glad we went. Whenever we needed something we called the desk and they quickly responded. Our family met the new manager and had a good impression, which is a welcome change from prior management. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and recommend the resort even during the pandemic.

though some of the amenities are not available at the moment, we are still enjoying ourselves here. the pools are large, clean, and there are plenty of towels available for that, coupled with a helpful, friendly staff equates to enjoying our vacation thus far. close to Disney if that's your thing. really close to the outlets, and plenty other shopping close by. great location!! we have only traveled 8 total miles off resort grounds so far. that's how close shopping and basic needs are to the resort

Just checked into a filthy room Dishes on table, mop and towels on floor, garbage in waste basket cabinets open and garbage on counter and kitchen floor We alerted maintenance to issue went to dinner and came back to same filth Waiting for a new room now Very disappointed Might just leave if not satisfied
They closed so much of the resort and didn’t make people aware prior to being here...very poor communication
