I completely agree with another poster- They are using Covid-19 for an excuse for everything. 1 is Not offering late checkouts. Even for Bonvoy members. This place is huge- no reason for it. If they were really Concerned about COVID-19 they would space guests out three days between stays. There are many other choices so do some research.

This hotel uses COVID 19 as an excuse to have short hours for the pool. They have 7 pools on property but only opens 1 out of 7 pools for “COVID19” health reasons. Why open up 1 pool and have everyone jammed packed into a small area when you have 6 more? They are actually making things worse for social distancing and using a crisis for excuses. Very close to Disney World and many other local attractions. Many great restaurants within a 2 mie radius.
Treat the owners fairly, show them that they are importantrum because after all we are the ones that pay maintenance fees to keep the place looking great.

With the president of the US Advising Americans not to travel. Sheridan Vistana will not refund our points and allow us to bank then. They will only hold them until December. We are in the education field and will not be able to travel until next February. It is disgraceful that this company will not bank our points. Sheridan Vistana resort should rethink their position on this!
