WHATEVER you do DO NOT take the tour when you go there. Because if you purchase you will end up angry, upset, frustrated, angst ridden and have your credit ruined by their total incompetence. The resort is beautiful. But again DO NOT go on the tour. And DEFINITELY DO NOT purchase there. Learn from my mistake!

My family and I just got back from our stay, and it was fantastic!! The room was large, clean and we never had a problem with parking. The staff were very friendly, professional and pleasant to speak with. i would definitely come back and recommend this resort!! My boys also loved the pool and entertainment in the evenings.

stayed here for a girl's trip. picked this location because it's close to Disney. fist I know things would be limited do to covid, but I didn't expect the lack of supplies in the kitchen. I did request to not be on the first floor but I didn't expect to be in a building with no elevator (it was not fun for us girls to lug all our stuff up stairs). some pools open, a few drinks available by one of the pools but again very limited. put put and tennis is not free, unless you have younger kids we didn't see anything else for adu... read more

Great Family Resort!! Very clean rooms and very spacious. Even in times of COVID, they are keeping everything clean, sanitized and socially distanced. Great hotel/resort!!

they have a lot of amenities but it's all close....even their gym won't open until 9 am...that's a little too late 😏 so much missing in the kitchen...such as chopping board, baking pan etc...
