Lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment, set in nice landscaped gardens. Nice pools to choice from. Couldn't fault our stay here. Close to Disney 5mins and Universal 15 mins drive away. Will hopefully be coming back. Would definitely recommend
A beautiful, comfortable resort. Friendly, attentive staff. Our villa was exceptional! Clean, nicely furnished. 7 pools, 3 of them with attached bar and grill. I was only disappointed in the food..nothing healthy or delicious. You need to call an Uber to leave the complex for good food and there are plenty of restaurants around. I would recommend this resort for families or couples.
Vistana is beautiful and everyone here is all about the guest. My fam and i did not leave the resort much thats how comfortable and enjoyable our stay was. Our two bedroom villa was so awesome and the jacuzzi tub made it extra special for me. Thank you Sheraton for thinking of everything.
We're staying at our home resort even though it's only an hour down the Turnpike. It's still our favorite proving we did it right the first time!
Fantastic resort , fantastic staff, pulled us out of a right hole at start of holiday - had booked somewhere else which was awful, quick visit here, a manager who took pity on us and 2 weeks later the end of a fantastic holiday - can't remember enough !!
I love the rooms and the pools and the food but their customer service lacks a lot to be desired. Get told 5-10 minute wait for a shuttle, and end up waiting 25-30 minutes with my mother age 62 and my 5 year old son. Ask for a supervisor and get placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I've been an owner here for years and last year we had issues like this and decided to give a second chance and needless to say they failed...miserably. Deeply disapointed in how down hill this place has become and I highly doubt I'll be returning.... read more
Like a little bit of heaven on earth! It's the best and nothing like it! Been coming here every year since 1993... relaxing, fun, beautiful rooms and the staff is wonderful! I couldn't ask for anything more.
Second time back from united kingdom wouldnt stay anywhere else clean friendly we all love it
Owner since 1999, love it....the only time share to own, do not waste time on any other.
