Great staff, lots to do, beautiful atmosphere. Pools galore, activities for kids and adults.

WOW WOW WOW!!!! My Guest Experience at Checkin was like NOTHING I have EVER experienced!!!! I have stayed at The Fairmont Plaza and did not have service like your hotel! Every detail is covered. The friendliness is so genuine and the colleagues really enjoy their jobs! Keep on doing what you are doing! Thank you for this wonderful experience!!

Loved it! Professional staff, Food was on point,the location was close to everything and the pools are outstanding. Booking. Yeah!!!!
I have owned here for 16 years and love it. Staff is friendly and guest services is quick to your requests. The Fountains pool is a little boring. If you like pool side activities you need to go to the Super pool or Cascades pool. With 7 pools to choose from, you can find the right one for you. I like that it's in an area with plenty of restaurants and shopping and so close to Disney. I can trade to other resorts but always come back to Vistana.
2nd time visit. Staff was very friendly, our room was awesome. We enjoyed our visit and plan to return again.
