I've been coming here for the past 11 years. I was asked to attend 90 min presentation, they were aware that I was attending a 90 min presentation at Westgate the first day. So, on the second, they said did you buy at Westgate. My answer was no. So, they as what was their final offer, I told them and they went a little lower. I took it , it has been 11years now. I have seen some changes in service, but overall, I still love it here and they were much less than Westgate.
We were there last week and couldn't ask for a more beautiful place. Got a call about watching a video and told them we were not interested and they didn't bother us again. Will definitely stay there again when in Orlando.
We are having an amazing time. Our family come every year for the past 15 years. We are owners.
We truly enjoyed ourselves this weekend. The kids didn't want leave.
We had an amazing time. Had a plumbing problem and they fixed it promptly. No interruptions for our day at all... Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I would recommend my family and friends to go to this resort. The place is beautiful. We had a gorgeous room with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen with all utensils. There were four different pools, a market, bar and restaurant. The people that work there are very nice and attentive. I would surely stay there again.
Beautiful villa and nice, clean recreation areas & fitness centers. Terrible concierge - Very pressuring to sign 90 minute preview of resort ownership package. I texted the man later that evening to reschedule, and he cancelled and told me to return the $50 gift card. He handled things in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I returned the gift card w/no issue, but I advise anyone to really consider your day and time you're scheduling for the 90 minute consult if you decide to sign for it, bc it all turned out to be a hassl... read more
stayed 3 times already, this August will be our 4th and can't wait!!!
