Was going to wait until the end of the trip to review but this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed and I travel frequently. They just called the room and woke up my children after we told them numerous times we do not want to attend their seminar. I've had to remove my three year old from the pool because of heavy drinking and foul language. The room smells musty because they hose the sidewalks off everyday and the water comes right in. Beautiful place, nicely decorated , well supplied kitchen, but check your sheets before you lay down ours had hair everywhere!
Beautiful resort grounds but outside of attending the 'presentation' very little documentation provided on services and amenities. Initial supplies missing laundry and dish detergent.
Beautiful place, atmosphere, people, rooms unbelievably comfy and cozy, very safe grounds, helpful employees also, people from all oiver and friendly, minutes from Disney, lots for kids to do, delicious food, its a win win and forever memorable family vacation �
Awesome place to stay, we booked through Vrbo and got a great rate, pools and jacuzzi open till 1 am, super clean suite and very comfortable, felt like home

5**** I love every moment at the resort all the stuff at the front desk was professional and wonderful Cleaning Service was good one thing the wifi was really bad everything else was good I would definitely recommend to anyone
Exelente lugar, ideal para as ferias em Orlando proximo a todos os parques (Disney, Universal, etc), muitas outlets, diversas atrações (Circo de Soleil, Blu mens, etc) Walmart, Best buy, Gifts diversas, otima opção para toda família.
