I've been coming here for the past 20 years for those of you who complain this is not the spot for you but don't complain find something else that meets your speed God bless everyone
I am staying here for the first time due to the generosity of my neighbors who gifted me a week here because they were deployed as insurance adjusters to help in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean. We were on the 3rd floor and had an elevator. I travel extensively, and the Sheraton Vistana Resort compares favorably to the 4 and 5 star hotels in which I often stay.
We love staying at Vistana Resort. Great place for a family vacation, and close to everything.
The resort was absolutely amazing. Celebrated my mother's 79th birthday. We truly had an amazing time.
Beautiful property great service, wonderful for kids. Lots to do!
I think it's a awesome place I come here at least 3 times a year. Everyone pretty much remembers me at least they know I am from Jersey own a bar and that my wonderful husband passed away and left it to me. That is a lot to remember and they do. And when you have a problem they are right their trying to fix it but 7 bars 8 pools children's activities and adult activities at night are the BES
Can't say enough great stuff about this place! Room was awesome, pools were great (open till 1am), staff was friendly except one or two maybe, rooms were clean and tidy, view was awesome, and I would stay here again in a heart beat! If you wanna enjoy a great vacation stay here
Well what can I say , this is our 4th time staying here at the Sheraton , but this by far the most disappointing room we have stopped in , we are here celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted to be special and was expecting the usual standard we normally get when we stop here, but the room is very small , no balcony , very old , not very clean , a bit smelly, nothing like what we stopped in 2 years ago, feel so disappointed and cannot believe the difference .
We had a great time with our family. The 2 bedrooms were very nice and plenty of room and privacy. The only complaints I have is the stove top did not work they said they would be right over after and we waited for 15 mins for someone to come look at it we left. When we came back it was fixed. Also our room was on the 3rd floor with NO elevators kind of hard with little ones. All I can say we got our exercise lol. They have great pool games for the kids and family and friend staff.
