Room was clean, decoration was pretty, love the bathroom very modern! Quiet place, close to the mall and theater. The pool is very small, good size whirlpool, good temperature in the pool and whirlpool nice and warm. Grocery store in same plaza very convenient if you need something you forgot!

I had to get my key replaced four times over a six day stay. There's no free breakfast unless you're in the club level, and the breakfast for club level is none too great, plus it's in a room that's extremely cold. No microwaves in the room. Room service is slow and mediocre. The heater went out and had to be reset during our stay. The tub was clogged and when I pulled the stopper it came out trailing quite a bit of hair.
