They gave us a special rate because I have a daughter seriously ill in the hospital near by. It was a wonderful gesture and we had a wonderful stay!
Beautiful hotel. Spotless, pretty, and close to everything. Worst staff ever. Terrible customer service. Horrible attitudes. We are super low maintenance and they found a way to disappoint! Too bad!!
This hotel is poorly managed and the staff is completely incompetent. Over the past few months my colleagues and I have been overcharged and encountered significant billing errors that have not been resolved. Countless phone calls and emails and I still have 5 room charges to my corporate card that were applied in error. The hotel staff is unresponsive and completely unapologetic to their incompetence. I highly recommend staying next door at the Marriott instead, this hotel is a disgrace!
Loved this place this is my second check in, last time we stayed here we were in the club level, due to the fact that we left the Marriott here in Tarrytown because they sucked!
Luv the staff and the bartendar Sammy is amazing. Rooms clean and the place is in great condition Can't wait till next stay 5 stars
The food is great but the service is slow. Nice ambiance.
Just good hotel for the price. Great staff. AC filters by the pool need to be changed - they dusty BLACK - air is dirty, throat hurts at the pool - Maintenance is terrible. Otherwise would stay again.
