Very pleasant staff,very clean rooms and a nice breakfast, good cable tv, wifi a little slow but other than that , excellent!
Had the most awful experience at this hotel. The entire staff in reservations was TOTALLY incompetent. I spent over two hours getting the reservation made correctly with various staff. In addition I had an extra charge on my card the hotel cannot account for including speaking with the manager of the hotel Pauline.Pauline told me to call her back on a certain date and then never got back to me. When we finally connected she said I cannot locate the charge and suggest you dispute it with you credit card company. Really! #awfu... read more
We have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times and have been tremendously pleased each time. It is our home away from home twice annually (we visit to attend meetings, convocations, and commencements at a local graduate school for theological education, St. Vladimir's Seminary). The amenities are plentiful (pool, hot tub, workout facilities, dining, business center, club lounge for Platinum members), the staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms are well equipped and clean to high standards.
