Under construction. Avoid because this work has affected the plumbing. No hot water at all in the shower. Staff said we should have told them and they would have accommodated us. I don’t know about others, but we don’t check the shower water temperature when we check in, nor should we have to. When I turn that faucet on, I expect hot water. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the onset of our arrival, the expectation one would have from a reputable brand such as the Sheraton went downhill fast at this location. On our first night stay we were warmly greeted with soiled towels, a broken air conditioning unit, and a faucet with no working cold water. I would never stay here again! Terrible management. Card keys kept failing. I had to go to the front desk 5 times because the key for my room would stop working. Many others had the same issue. We had a block of rooms reserved for a wedding. If you weren’t getting charged a much higher rate your room was not ready. Half the guests in our party couldn’t shower or get ready in their own room. Awful! Paid extra for a club level...room and beds were smaller than advertised on website, no door knob or toilet paper holder, door lock didn’t work, pool was closed and area was all moldy. Will never stay there again!

Great staff, beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, had a wonderful time up until I walked out to the parking lot and noticed something very unnerving, the American flag in the front is torn and ragged , my father was a Vietnam veteran and my grandfather was a Tuskegee Airman both died for this country, it’s not that difficult to observe the condition of our flag, and when it gets torn , take it down and dispose of it properly, then replace it promptly.
