Su personal muy amable y porque el festival el salsa congreess es un algo que se clara años tras año es fabuloso mucha gente bonita grandes bailarines y la música lo mejor de lo mejor cumbia , bachata , y sobretodo salsa

Lovely staff. They went out of their way to be considerate, helpful, and kind. The only issue I dealt with was frequent long general service delays that I attribute to a small staff that had much difficulty keeping up with a fully booked hotel. I also do suppose that rooms, and the pool, could have been cleaned more frequently, too, but, again, the quantity of staff members must have affected the quality of service possible. If all Sharaton hotels are equipped like this one I qould not stay at it orany othersharaton. Hotel is clean but rooms are not equipped with useable Furniture. Only two small Drawers to put four clothes in. Drawers are 15 inches wide and deep 4&1/2 inches in height, Bathrooms are small.

The whole SPG system has become a joke. How cannot they not at least keep up with the competitor when it comes to room selection and check. In particular this hotel is the pits, has a rude staff and a restaurant that is also sub par.
