The service is terrible. The staffs are not friendly and helpful. Also the front desk staff is lazy . When I asked a bottle of the water they said they can’t give a water of the bottle each day . I have been staying here over two weeks. I’m a platinum member……. No a bottle of water no breakfast coupon……..I can’t believe it.
We called for reservations for the first weekend of October and was quoted 800+ for one night. The reason given is "we have been booked solid". we stayed in July and the room was 187.00.

We checked in after a six hour drive barely got our stuff in the room and someone is knocking on our door, saying there was a complaint about yelling, my 12 year old daughter has special needs yelled she didn’t want to sleep by him(brother)! Then not even 6 minutes later, the phone rings the lady is threatening to call the cops if there is one more noise complaint! (because someone complained they heard stomping!) What great experience. Erica the bar tender was helpful and very friendly. After 7 hrs on the road she was accommodating to our -8 month old and very kind and considerate. I will stay here in the future when passing through.
