I am an SPG member and have stayed at Sheraton in other places. They are usually great. I called and requested to check in over the phone as I was coming in later in the evening to get a decent room. The guy at he front desk assured me that it was a quiet room “facing the garden”. The room was right next to the elevators. I was exhausted and needed to sleep so I didn’t want the hassle of asking for a different room. Not cool Sheraton.

The room was dusty , bathroom needs better cleaning . The biggest joke was the shower , I have to push it down with my foot so the water will come out of the shower to wash my hair . Toilet bowl has still marks of poop and urine . Why is the phone not beside the bed ? How can you sit in a small seat to use your Laptop . Needs a regular chair for two , we had two connecting rooms with dbl beds and there is no chair . Poor Housekeeping !

Mary V. provided excellent customer service during our dinner tonight. It was busy, but she always stopped by our table to make sure we were taken care of!

Under renovation so some disruption and facilities not available. Should be very nice when completed. Room was modern and well appointed. Price was reasonable and includes up to 10 days free park and ride with stay. Great bargain. Our food was high quality and service very good. They do a good job of mitigating any noise from the airport but talking in the hallway was like being in our room.
