It’s nasty. I travel all the time and look past a lot of things but during the pandemic, I expect at the very least not to see the nasty in my face. Hair and dirt marks in the bathroom are evidence that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. It’s the sheraton not a motel 6 for goodness sakes!
Honestly, the hotel was okay but the negligence of the staff afterwards has me HEATED. They charged my card an additional $300+ because they couldn’t see prior to me checking out that I had already paid. Upon checking in I gave the hotel manager my receipt (paid through a 3rd party) and even gave him a copy. I know have to wait over a week for money they shouldn’t have taken from my account in the first place. Why would I have been able to stay a total of 4 nights without having paid prior?
