Front desk manager, Noel, has zero customer service skills and has no idea how to apply common sense in his job.
Staying here currently this week. Use to always stay here on business. The rooms are starting to run down and the beds are HORRIBLE. Will not be returning. Feeling miserable after my first night no sleep.
Well if you are club level the food and service should be superb! Omg and how do you serve breakfast with no meat! Ok for all that money you pay to stay at this hotel everything should be perfect. They don't have to worry about me anymore!
