Don't know as I have never been a customer there. I attended an event sponsored by local businesses. The event was fantastic as usual.
Every year, since I can remember, they have graciously hosted the MLK Inter-Faith Prayer Breakfast! They serve a full & delicious breakfast for Triangle Area citizens coming to celebrate & honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through song, prayer, and hearing an uplifting message from the keynote speaker. Also, kudos to the servers, janitorial staff, and the front desk staff, who were accommodating with our every need. You were professional, courteous and kind! Thank you and see you next year. Debbie

I have never stayed at the Sheraton Imperial as a guest, but have attended countless events there. Based on my experiences it is a clean, well-run, well equipped modern facility with an excellent customer focused staff.
I’m one night away from a platinum member. I booked a king size room for 5 nights I got here after a long flight from the U.K., only to be told that I could only have a double. Tough luck that’s all they have apparently. Although when I looked on the website it was still saying they had king availability. When you travel a lot for work and are away from home you want to stay somewhere nice. This was my second attempt. I won’t bother again.
