The Sheraton Imperial has an exceptional staff who go the extra mile to make sure your stay is everything you would like for it to be. The facility has everything you could possibly need. The food in the restaurant is as good as it gets. The beds are as comfortable has they could possibly be. I wish I had the one I slept on last night at home.
The hotel is beautiful and very nice. The staff ruined it for me. No one was friendly or helpful. We were never told about wifi, breakfast, any of the amenities or anything else about the facility. Any question asked seemed to annoy them. When asking a question, I expect the person to stop walking, look at me and address me. Not this staff. Had a wonderful time at the Valentine's Day Masquerade Social, the hotel was awesome and beautiful, the service was excellent!!!
Was there for the Young Farmers & Ranchers Convention this weekend and I had an amazing time! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean to perfection, and the shower was great. The staff treated me like family and the lunch on Saturday evening was good. The only thing is is that they served unsweetened tea, which is expected at a luncheon of a hotel like that. Thank you for the wonderful service!
The staff there are very hospitable. Thinking of planning an event there.
Didnt want to leave. Staff were very helpful! Rooms were cleaned literally like twice a day. I especially liked the little starbucks cafe, my medium coffee was only 2 dollars and some change!
