Awesome service, beautiful room, and I used room service - food was amazing.
Been going to the Sheraton for New Years the last 5 years they are the greatest!!!!!
The room was nice.... until the hot water ran out about 3 minutes into a shower. Staff was rude when asking for toiletries. Don't expect anything special or better then a motel 8 when selecting "Club level"
Love All the awesome Christmas decorations. Had wonderful with everyone!Even the Iittle guy, Acting all silly and dancing with it!! With everybody dancing along with him!

Very comfortable hotel with courteous staff and amenities. Although a bit out of the way, it is quiet, beds are comfortable, great restaurant and convenience shop located in the lobby, airport shuttle service and a few restaurants and mall nearby.

The staff (was incredibly friendly and courteous) and the hotel was very nice, the beds and pillows to die for, and as a Gold member it is one of the things I love best about the Starwood line of hotels. I passed out and slept hard which is very unusual for me. I do have one very important suggestion, I wish I had the option of a microwave. When you have kids and (especially) when they don't feel well, (and eating out is not an option or waiting on room service because it would take so long), it would help to not have to lea... read more

I think this is wonderful place that I will like to visit again. Came Nov.1,2016 to support my Pastor n First Lady Moore. My Pastor did a great job n The young Lady that song Jesus will Awesome, awesome. I enjoyed every moment of God plan.
