We celebrated my husband's 50th Birthday at this location this past weekend. The staff was absolutely amazing and SUPER attentive. The event was beautiful because of them. We are grateful. Wonderful customer service!!!

Overcharged me on my bar bill, what i signed for and what they charged on my credit card was off. Basically the waitress have herself a bigger tip. Other than that the hotel was pleasant as usual.

Stayed a week with an organization. Rooms, service were all phenomenal --beds extremely comfortable! Clean, friendly. Food during the week was sub-par. Raise the quality of food is only complaint.

Very nice hotel, great convention centre. All staff there were welcoming and helpful. I recommend staying there and using their facilities - one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in the USA
employees are rude and they lie and dont tell you certain things till you go to check in. they dont know how to read notes on the doors. my family will not stay at that hotel again
The entire staff was absolutely amazing from the front desk to the office to the chamber maids to the maintenance crew. Mike you and your staff are the greatest
The Sheraton has been the choice of our North Carolina Basket Makers association for many years. We have 600 - 700 Basket Makers making baskets for four days every March. The Sheraton are wonderful hosts !
Every time I stay here the staff goes above and beyond to make sure their guest are comfortable. The staff does an excellent job hosting big events.
