RecommendedGreat location. Large enough to hold huge meetings.
This hotel is Fantastic. Great location for airport , business and highways . Nice features and benefits for platinum members . I’ve stayed here 3 times in last 6 months and will only stay here when in Raleigh . Great pool , gym and executive lounge. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the shuttle drivers are great .
I was treated extremely well by the check in clerk named Jessie. She was so kind and helpful 🌹She is a valued asset to Sheraton Hotel and I wish her much success.
Great place for business meetings and corporate gatherings.

Beautiful hotel and top of the line service
Staff was great and my king bed was amazing! First night, we had a double bed room and that mattress was HORRIBLE! Older hotel but mostly clean. Air conditioning throughout the facility was subpar. For NC, you need AC! Would stay here again because of the rate. Management wouldn’t give me the group rate for my first night so I cancelled that reservation. They’d rather a cancellation than a reduction in rate. My win-their loss. I did run along the trail in the mornings and appreciated access to the Fitness Connection gym next... read more
Nice hotel, room are a bit out dated.
The rooms are very nice as the facilities. My complaint comes from the problem of staff in next room or hallway playing music, talking , singing loudly so we couldnt hear our own speakers at meetings or events held on site in the ballroom. There are signs on outside of doors that lead to the staff work area and even had someone from our group ask them to please be quieter but some staff kept loud talk/noise. We have rented this location for quite a few years and this is the worse it has been...This is why 3 stars....Otherwis... read more
