The room is small, old, stuffy and dated! Do yourself a favor and book another hotel or ask for a room that has a window!On the up side the concierge was very helpful and the restaurant staff most friendly!

Sheraton is my hotel of choice. This one however has left me with a bitter taste. The rooms are run down. I was given a room that had no working AC. When I requested a different room the front desk was not helpful, they told me they would send maintenance. I finally got another room. I went downstairs for a drink and some food.The waiter was extremely slow in an empty restaurant. Employees were just standing around talking. I got my food before my drink. No parking or tiny, rude parking attendant. Will not give my money to rude people, drove away.
Awesome accommodations, very clean and spacious rooms. You would've gotten 5 stars if it wouldn't have been for a rude hispanic check-in clerk. She started off with a horrible attitude but ultimately fixed our situation with the two rooms we booked being on different floors. No need to hate on your own kind.
