Thin walls - I could hear everything happening around me, even on other floors. The cold water faucet, labeled with a C, gives hot water and the hot faucet gives cold water. Dingy, outdated furniture. Also, I booked and prepaid for a room with a King and was given a room with 2 "doubles" - my feet hung off the end of the bed. I'm 5'3".
